How the DVD Club works

Joining Columbia House is easy, but it's best to understand the process before you sign up

You select your new member enrollment selections (e.g. your 4 for $.49)

Choose a 5th bonus selection for 14.95 + 1.99 s/h

You must buy 3 additional products at full price plus shipping and handling to fulfill the remainder of your contract (if you got a fifth for $14.99)

You quit upon fulfilling your membership contract.
Make it work for you

Always choose the highest priced items as new enrollment selections. In most cases, DVD's that retail for $25 or more can be bought for $.49! Save the lower priced $19.95 DVDs for fulfilling your membership contract

Fulfill your membership contract as soon as possible. Once your contract is fulfilled, it's possible to quit and rejoin again immediately to get the new enrollment specials at the discounted price again (e.g. your 4 for $.49). Repeat this each time you meet your contract obligations and you can save on every DVD you buy at Columbia House

If you're a collector, choose Deluxe, Collectors or Special Edition listings for your enrollment selections, they are often higher priced and offer a better value. Again, save your $19.95 selections for completing your contract

Do your gift shopping with enrollment selections! Remember, you can choose up to 2 of the same item. Can't beat $.49 plus shipping for a great gift

Sign up for two accounts, under the same name, credit card & address and double your savings

Watch out for sale prices. Many items fall below the $19.95 threshold and will not count toward your fulfillment. If they are priced above $19.95 they count, no matter if they're on sale
